I'm happy with my blade 14 gtx 1060. 1. mine doesn't have that issue 2. it was hot at the start coming in from a rog which you'll barely feel heat on your palms, but it doesn't overheat or get uncomfortable. 3. i haven't really tried their customer support as i have not yet faced any problem with my purchases from them.. The razer blade features two graphics processors (intel hd graphics and nvidia gtx 1060 graphics). if you would like optimal performance be sure to set your program to utilize the nvidia gtx 1060 graphics processor..
